both mature and emerging markets within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a global HR leader, he
excels in supporting companies as an interim and project manager. Martin is also a sought-after speaker at

focusing on integrating people with disabilities into society and the workplace.
Before his current role as CHRO FAMAR, a pharmaceutical CDMO, Martin's corporate career included
notable positions at Mundipharma and Mölnlycke Healthcare, where he served as Chief People Officer. His
